Allocate (useallocate.com) (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates an early access website for a future financial technology so-called product.
At this and further stages, we are not a bank. At this stage we do not provide financial services.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when user visits our website or interact with us online.

2. Information we collect
2.1. Information user provides

When user submits a form, we may collect:
- Email address
- ZIP / postal code
- Names of banks user currently uses

Purpose:
- Contact user about the product and updates
- Understanding demand for bank integrations
- Analyze geographic interest
We do not collect bank account numbers, card numbers, SSNs, or other sensitive financial information. Do not submit such data.

When submitting a form, user has an option to refuse an opportunity to receive news and special products via email. To do this, user may revoke the “I agree to receive news and personalized offers” checkbox. By default, this checkbox is active meaning user’s consonent.

2.2. Information collected automatically

We automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate location
- Browser, device, and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent
- CTA interactions and A/B testing events
- Whether a form is submitted after a CTA (clicking the action buttons on the website)

Purpose:
- Operate and secure the site
- Analyze usage and conversions
- Improve content, UX, and experiments

We use Google Analytics (GA4) and similar tools for statistical analysis.

Our website is not directed to children under 13.

No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International visitors

Our website is intended for users in the United States.
If user access it from another country, user’s information may be processed in the U.S.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
The “Last updated” date will reflect changes.
